    Equal parts excellent and disappointing

    Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice , helpful personnel enhancing our stay. The adults-only areas along with the pools provided a relaxing atmosphere for a couple's getaway.

    Inconsistent room quality left much to be desired , as I experienced noise issues from nearby bars affecting sleep quality during the night.

    My best decision yet!

    This place exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome to the superb dining experience, every detail was carefully attended to. Especially the attentive pool team and the friendly reception. Plus, the breakfasts were a good mix of options! A relaxing atmosphere by Fig Tree Beach completes the experience.

    Impeccably clean place with relaxing views and best possible location to the main tourist street. Generous breakfasts with good food. Well-trained staff members from the top management to every member of the staff, a nice size and well-equipped rooms.

    Interconnecting rooms provided much-needed space for our family. The sea view room on the 4th floor offered fine views. Highlight moments included the really good service from Andreas, Maja, and Nick at the bar. They made our evenings special with their attention to detail and friendly demeanor. The sunbed allocation was effective, but management could better address conflicting guest concerns.

    I liked the Occitane products in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Thwe room had a wonderful view!

    The pool wc/ changing were unacceptable for a hotel of this standard- smelly and dirty most of the times. Breakfast hours should be extended at least during weekends! There are large crowds especially between 8:30- 10:00. No pool-side service whatsoever! I was out on the sunbed for 6 days everyday and only once did manage to order a coffee!! I noticed how most people got their drinks from a nearby cafe instead of witing!!

    I loved the spacious air-conditioned lobby with comfortable seating. The hotel's accessibility and sunbed reservation system made it easy for us seniors to enjoy the beautiful beachfront without any stress.

    The European cuisine at Capo Bay is a flavorful journey! The breakfast spread was epic-think fresh local produce and good pastries. Plus, the pool bar staff were on point. The entire hotel was super clean and a joy to explore.

    THe hotel is fantastic. The facilities are great and the location is superb. THe restaurants are very good. Our room with sea view was gorgeous and it was very comfortable. Hotel staff was at all times very helpful and nice to us.

    great hotel but minor inconveniences

    The staff provided really good service, always friendly and eager to help! The location was ideal, with Fig Tree Bay just a short walk away. We enjoyed the fine sea view from our room that added to the experience. It was a good getaway.

    There were times when the pool area felt a bit crowded.
